Any Non religious people here?

I'm pretty sure xDUMPTRUCKx is just trying to validate himself and be SO HARDCORE HIS CORE IS HARDCORE. :dunno: whatever dude, be however you want. You don't realize that your devout belief in disbelief is just as in-your-face and obnoxious as those on the other end of the scale, and you never will because... it has blinded you, just as their belief has blinded them to any other position. Never fails to amuse me when people don't realize they're just like those they bitterly oppose...

Can't we all just get along? You guys believe or disbelieve whatever you want to, I'll disbelieve and believe whatever I want to, and let's work on some Jeeps.

cool story bro.

what the XXXX are you talking about?

im not trying to be "hardcore" you dumbass.

i dont go around spreading the joys of being atheist everywhere i go, holding concert festivals for atheist only bands and trying to convert randoms to atheism with my "hardcore" faith.

cant we all just get along?

where the hell is that in the bible?

oh shit bro am i extreme enough for you now? eh?

being "blind" sounds a lot like believe in something that makes "everything okay"

you religious crutch makes you a feeble minded douche.

so what if i choose not to speak with the most eloquent vocabulary, at least im not wasting my life on a fairytale so that i can sleep easier at night.

oh and XXXX you god.

I have not read any posts, but i am non religious. I was not raised with religion, I DO NOT ever attempt to disprove persons personal faith. I think it is cool that people have something consistent in their life to look forward to or to use a guide.

I just do not use it or ever needed it. I use stress management and coping skills.

It seems most of the posts on this thread were written by people who know very little about religion in general and Christianity in particular. That's okay, maybe we can all learn something--especially me.

I don't have any answers myself. In reality the only difference between many people who go to church and ones that don't is just that. Look, Jesus was this guy who got nailed to a tree for saying we should all get along with and be good to each other. Each day you decide many times whether to do the right thing or not. It's your decision--but a good decision is good for you and the person you help out. Ultimately it is the condition of your heart that determines where you spend eternity.

Physicists say that no information is ever lost. So who knows? Maybe we do have a shot at an eternal life. If I'm wrong, who am I going to bitch to? Who is going to hear me? But if I'm right....time to party.:sunshine:

"at least im not wasting my life on a fairytale so that i can sleep easier at night."

I think its the lines like that one that are making people think your a bit of a douche.
most on here are arguing why or why not, your just ridiculing those who believe because they don't see things the way you do... odd how religious/non-religious people can be like that isn't it?

"oh and XXXX you god"
so your now recognising a god?

I have followed most of this thread as I like having fodder to toss next time I have this discussion with my friends/family.
I have been pretty impressed with everyone's maturity level, relative intellect, and open mindedness regardless of which side they are one. Your posts stand out, whether it be your lack of "eloquent vocabulary" your maturity level or your personality coming out through your words... either way, matters little.

I watched the South Park episode last night where the LDS family moved to South Park. Pretty funny....

"my" religious crutch? :roflmao:

Read my other posts in this thread. I am not religious in any way shape or form.

I just think you seem to have something to prove and need to calm the hell down because people with your sort of "extreme in your face lack of belief" annoy the crap out of me, even though we have a similar lack of belief.

PS, the "hardcore" bit was because between your aggressively athiest posts in this thread, your avatar, and your signature, plus your overabundant use of "bro", you seem like a massive douche and/or wannabe tough guy.

In closing, :D

Comedy or not, is any of it not true?

Seems like you just want to argue, do you care if it's true or not? :dunno:

Based on your previous arguements, if faith is required for you to believe, then it must be false.

My beliefs differ.

my use of "bro" was clearly sarcastic and only used in my post addressed to you.

oh im sorry did i come off as taking this seriously?

The inaccuracies would be...

Oh nevermind I know. They didn't actually have any such thing as invisible ink back then and it doesn't write well on rocks.

What rocks are you talking about exactly....and what invisible ink? Perhaps you can point out exactly where this info came from?

well it would seem this thread has hit bottom.

to think it went about 15+ pages with;
maturity
little to no ignorance
quality points by both sides
overall intelligent conversations/posts

glad to see you were able to kill all that dumpy, chalk one up for us non-religious types right?

can you say nominated?

I'll second that.

Shock value is ok, but being un-educated about the subject (as happens, most religionists are too) and posting this, is simply about you venting without direction. You need to get tight and understand what's bugging you about this.

But Dumpy isn't driving the show here.

Adapt, overcome, and onwards to discovery, religious or non-religious douchebags and all. It's a School down here.

So what can you learn beyond what you are told?

To think a thread on a jeep forum is a place where an intelligent conversation could take place between religious/antireligious types is absurd. (obsurd absurd who gives a XXXX)

This whole thread is worthless. Ruined long before i chimed in.
