What axle do you have in the rear, 8.25 ChryCo or a D35?
I'm 98% it's the Chrysler. I've taken a brief look at it (I know, I know!) and it has that hexagonal-type shape with the flat spot at the bottom. '94 Sport... I think most of those I've seen online came with the 8.25.
Yeah, I think I'll just order the grade 8 ones above... Anything else you can think of?You want to use new u bolts anytime you remove them. Like head bolts, they stretch. You can get them made if you bring all the dimensions to FleetPride, although I have had mixed results with them in the past.
'94 is more then likely the D35. The 8.25 was in the '95's some and the '96's standard if it did not have anitlock brakes IIRC.

So this is my rear end. It is an 8.25... yes?

That's an 8.25!
If you want to bumpstop the front, I'd like to try the hockey pucks. Not sure how many you will need at 2" but you epoxy/glue the hockey pucks as bumpstops. Depending on the condition of your rear bumpstops we can either space them with square tube and longer bolts or just order new extended ones. Any hardware items that we might need because of breakage or damage I have a Fastenal and Lowes 5 min from work.

Looks like an 8.25 to me. They were not as common that year.
