Announcing Monhtly Runs/Events!

Hey folks,

Your word has been heard, the SoCal Chapter is now blessing monthly runs. These runs are typically going to be unofficial runs hosted by various members. The chapter will not be hosting nor liable for these runs. We will make sure each run is publicly accessible and in legitimate locations.

Please look at this sticky to see each months designated run. In months we have an officially sanctioned event that will take precedence (I'm looking at you, SoCal Fest).

Typically anybody can attend. Some runs may have maximum number of participants or other limits, if that is the case it will be stated in the run/event thread.

Could you clarify "publicly accessible"?

Anybody who meets the requirements of the individual run can attend. Understandably some runs may have basic equipment requirements and others may have a maximum number of participants.

"publicly accessible" means a place where it is legal to wheel. This means that any place where signs are posted indicating no trespassing or no off road vehicles, or any place where the owner has obviously tried to fence off or block the entrance to, is out. Any state, national or local park where off road activity is allowed is good. Any private property where off roading is allowed or at least not discouraged is good.
