advice?

is there any other advantage, rather than clearance, to doing OTK rather than UTK?
i know geometry get better as well but is that it?

ground clearance is the only benefit I see.

unless you go to a full cross-over setup like the WJ... but that requires a hell of a lot more work.
 
decrease your steering angles at the tie rod at the drag link and knuckle. Mine seemed to steer better after the OTK (just did driver side)

and of course the clearance alone is worth it. Ive nailed my diff cover where my old tie rod would have been...
