ABC Supply in Sac

On Tuesday, I said, "hmm, some material might be nice. I'll call ABC and get some". I called them and said "you bring material to my house and I'll give you money". They said "how reasonable. We can do that."

So I come home today and there is no goddamn tube in my side yard. Unacceptable. I can no longer endorse ABC Supply for all your tube needs.

Maybe the guy got in a car crash? Doubtful, but it could happen.

FWIW, ABC has kicked about $2 per foot of tube off 1.25"x.065" 4130 round tube for the Mini Baja team, and I thank them for that.

I bought the tube for Stephen's cage there, and it seemed rather expensive...

and when I went to pick it up, I had paid for 80 feet, but they had only gotten 40 feet ready, someone miscounted the number of sticks I needed, and I had to wait for them to throw the rest of the order together...

That sucks. There is nothing like coming home looking forward to something only to find out someone flaked and it's not there.

i have never endorsed them. They fawkin bend over every white boy that walks through their doors. Did you see all the gold plated remant tube pieces by the door? Well, you would THINK they were gold plated by their pricing.

No, because the fawking truck was still in good enough shape for them to be loading my order when I called at fawking 9:30 this morning and was on hold for seven minutes. And, the guy had gotten my message to call me and never did. Still fawking pissed when I think about it....



Metal Craft Warehouse in West Sac gave me DOM for what I felt was not much more than ABC's HREW, and I think the flat stock was half of ABC's price. And, they were open on Saturday. Always important when your tube order doesn't show up by Friday afternoon. metalcraftwarehouse.com
