I hate to do it but 2 more herniated disks in my neck have mw thinking the XJ needs to go:

Engine: Optima yellow top, converted to open cooling system by previous owner, a/c removed as I was going to do oba this winter, aftermarket aluminum radiator
Front axle: D30, 4.10 gears, Aussie locker, new Spicer ball joints, Yukon alloy shafts, Solid cover, Alloy USA axle seals, new unit bearings, lca skids
Rear axle: 8.8, factory 4.10s and LSD Ruff Stuff install kit, brand new rotors and calipers when installed about 2 years ago, RC wheel spacers
Suspension: RE 4.5” coils plus 2” BB, Iron man offroad adj. upper and lower arms front, RE 3.5” leaves RE shackles and HD offroad shackle relocation brackets
Steering: JCR OTK one ton steering, custom OTK trac bar built with 1.5” .25” wall DOM and Ruff Stuff heims. custom axle and frame mounts, Rustys steering box brace
Armor: Skid Row engine, tcase and gas tank skids, HDoffroad front and mid unibody stiffeners, Dirtbound Offroad rear tie carrier/bumper
Tires/wheels: 35x12.50x15 Mickey Thompson MT radials on black steelies. Less than 500 miles on them and only one wheeling trip
TJ rear flares all the way around, 240Z hood vents, front doors modified for doorless, tube doors built from S10 tire carriers (built but never painted), rear cargo area coated with bedliner, brand new (only one wheeling trip) Quigley front and rear driveshafts, Iron rock offroad Hack and tap on tcase
Steering, tires, front axle upgrades and springs have less than 500 miles and only one run on them.
I also have some spare parts and stock tires and wheels I will through in if that helps seal the deal.
