i have 4 spicer balljoints sittin down at six states that i paid 10 bucks to have them order from the utah store, that i no longer can afford to pick up right now...
let me know if you want them.. spicer ball joints are on national back-order so its a little tricky to find them (from what six states said....) the total for me to pick them up down there is $109 for all 4.

My axles are 1996. Will they fit?

they are the same part number for my 1998 Grand cherokee Low pinion.. so (could be wrong?) i think ball joints are all the same for the dana 30.

I don't know that I will make this one.. I still have a lot to do on the jeep. I just noticed a leaky tranny line. The weather is not cooperating. 
I am trying to negotiate the X to have my co-pilots.. but thats like pushing a warm turd through a key hole.. messy.. you never really get it through.. and its just down right disgusting..
Hopefully, I will at least do a day run on Saturday.

I think he should be telling you that.
It has come to my attention that I need a new battery. My current one has a declining reserve capacity (currently ~10 minutes with the parking lights on). Aside from that I need to check the suspension bolts, do a quick alignment, and pack.
9 more days to go!

I was coming on tonight to cry for help. So if beer will get you here I will buy whatever you drink.
In all honestly i'm having a huge wiring issue. I lost my windshield wipers on roy rogers road at 5:30n this morning.. man that was fun. Im going to spend saturday trying to chase this problem, then sunday again if i havn't found it.
i am thinking that i will go up no matter what. But this wire abortion under my dash is killing me.
and in all seriousness. If anyone is willing to drop by and take a look, or be able to help at all. i can afford about $100... :wierd: cause im about to just cut all my wires and run toggle switches to my blinkers, radio, wipers, and heater...

well, start with fuses, then the switch and then motors.. test power on both ends of the wires...

My Rig is pretty ready to go. I am going to replace the tranny line, or at least bring parts to do a trail fix
Other than that.. My rocker replacements, are still in the garage, ready to be cut and installed.. and the axle truss' and other things will wait.My biggest issue right now is kids... they are up in arms about me wanting to camp in the rain.. originally they thought it would end up like NW fest.. warm and fun.. I told them it will still be fun. I will be there Saturday to wheel for the day. If I can work it, I may be there Friday night to Sunday to camp and wheel solo.. holy crap would that rock...

Totally. my kids are dirty campers... usually covered in dirt head to toe.. at least the boys.. With the Mud.. it would be crazy for all..

How about a little credit.. just cause I bring a big bottle doesn't mean I need to finish it.. the first night... or at least if I do... don't stand around dustin where he can tear down teh canopy and push you in the mud..

my "Plan" (not really thought out yet) was to leave my place friday morning around 11... be at lyda between 12:30 and 1...
when is the first run planned? is it going to be a night run? it would be nice to setup camp and take my junk out of my junk and put it in my tent so that when i roll my junk, 3 small bottles of propane to bonk me in the head..:jester:
