3.5 lift new track bar or no?

what trac bars do you guys recomend? i know adjustable but what brand? is the rough country one or rustys one alright? also on the rusty's one, is it worth the extra to go with the one with the frame mount bracket or whatever it is or what. i dont know anything about trac bars. i dont do much offroading at all if that matters on which one to get. just wanting to get the axle back center. thanks for the help

Edit: i have 3 inch lift

you don't need the HD one with all the bracing. Rusty's should be fine, that's what I'm about to install. Seems nice and sturdy to me.

He's right you don't need an HD for 3.5", the Rusty's, is a good one also look at Rubicon Express, and JKS, they all make really nice track bars for that size lift.
One thing you might consider though is if you ever plan on going to the 5" to 6" range the RE can be upgraded to they're HD setup and you won't have to buy a completely new one.
The others might as well, just make sure and look into it.

I got my RE HD off ebay for about the same price as the Rusty's. You just need to find a vendor that has a buy it now or best offer and you would be surprised what you can get it for.
Just don't get to greedy.

well, remember he doesn't wheel often... And JKS costs a fortune and a half.

I've seen too many Rusty's front end components snapped in half for me to even think about thinking about running one.

JKS ftw.
I've seen the same thing too. But it was a pretty long time ago and only a few occasions.
As much product as they sell it would have been in there best interest to fix the problem as soon as it came about.

Doesn't hurt to overbuild.

JKS Adjustable. Have one on my DD that sees graded gravel road maybe every other year.

I don't know anyone who's had one personally but I checked them out. Same basic design as everyone else. I'm sure it will be fine.
The thing to remember is to keep the drag link and track bar as close to parallel as possible and never use track bar relocation brackets on the axle end.

right, ive read so much about not using relocation brackets so thats why i want to get an adjustable one...just not sure which one.

edit: or would it just be wise to buy a new one. if i buy a new one i think i would go the extra for the RE1600 i think it is, the one thats not the HD

I got a quick question, I already have my new adj tb and I need to put it on but I noticed that my current setup has a relocation bracket WELDED ON, so I take it I should remove it first? (grind it off?)

If you do try one of the RE vendors on this sight, sometimes you can get really good deals through them as well.
