this project is just awesome, and I'm excited to have you get my first of the new shifters.
it just occured to me that I should get some stickers made up to send with it, would you put one on?

Anything to make your "BUSINESS" growth much better...
Do you have stickers on hand ?, if it is just wording like "NAXJA", then email me the picture and I'll make a "CUTTING STICKERS...."

Finished Rear Suspension.

  • With its on weight, I still have approx 3" of compression and 5" of droop on the coil over shocks using the 8" coil Over.
  • The 3" compression (using "STIFFER" coils) should be more than enough for STREET usage.
  • When changed to a 10" coil-Over, and raised 2" and using 29" tires, then i will have 50/50 (4 inch compression and 4" of droop) which should be ok for moderate trail usage....

I was thinking of just something simple that says AWshifting.com, maybe incorporate this:

either way, I think a white die-cut like this would be best:

I don't have anything yet, "email me the picture and I'll make a "CUTTING STICKERS...." does that mean you have the ability to make these yourself? If you do, go for it, that way it's also a style you like.

If that's what you want, THEN that's what you get !!!

Maybe I'll make it in SILVER METALLIC, 'coz my XJ is already BLACK.
Seems in Silver it will stand out by itself...

Andhi, i was wonder what size wheels those were, i want to make sure that the calipers will fit. They're tight in an aluminum 16", fit with about 1/4" of room in a steel 16". I think youre running 18's though, right?

You are right, those are 18 inch wheels...

what about your offroad wheels, i dont want you to have clearence issues.

If need be, i can set them up for rotors that will fit in a 15", but i want you to get the maximum benifeit

This is similar for what I have for OFF-ROAD

Andhi, I don't think anyone has asked you about this yet, but I couldn't help but notice that your thread title refers to your jeep being a 1997 XJ, but that the black jeep in the photos has the body kit and hatch door of a 1996 or earlier. Were the 1997's sold in Indonesia the same in appearance as the 96 and earlier models?
