1996 Cherokee Classic, Power Windows Issue

On my 91 the wire is tan according to the FSM and it's that color all the way from the fuse box to the switch. It sticks out the front of the fuse box (labeled "POWER") rather than the back, and has a red quick-disconnect blade connector. I pulled a replacement wire off a '92 at the yard and it was identical.
