1000 National Donation

Assuming the extra "freebie" 1000.00 donation amount passes vote, which it looks like it will, do we have any other causes we would like to donate this to, or should it go toward the Mt. Canaan Defense Fund as well? Personally, I'd like to send some money in the direction of Moab, but I'm open as to the specific cause.

I think that another fund would be a good idea. Is there anything else local that we could do? Primary Childrens Hospital or do we want to keep it 4x4 related?

National says it needs to be 4X4 related. I'd say anything from search and rescue to Blue Ribbon would qualify, but National gets final approval.

I would not want to give to Blue Ribbon as National has already given about $4500 to them this year. I could see it going to the Red Rock 4x4 for all the work they do in and around Moab. Or we can send it all to Mt Caanan. I know they would appreciate it. They have a $9000 outstanding attorneys fees.
