ZJ 8.8 bracket issue

Me and my friend are building up his V8 ZJ to be a sleeper and one of the things holding us back rite now is the Dana 35 so he just got a nice deal on a 8.8. The problem is no one makes a bracket kit for the ZJ but they do make it for the TJ, i do know that the TJ and ZJ share the quadra-link suspension but what are the differences between the two that would not make these compatible? I have been googleing all day and haven't really found much, we both like the rubicon express kit and if the only thing we have to do is modify the brackets to fit the 8.8s axletubes no worries but are the differences in suspension mounting locations?
