Here is my take on quarter panel cutting.

Well I am already changing things I don't like! I do not like the upper link I made with Johnny Joints. It as a single link it did not hold up and got loose.

All nice and pretty using Ruffstuff 1 1/4 heims and adapters. Quality parts as usual for Dan!

I am waiting for RuffStuff's 3link kit to show up... with the 1 1/4" heims... just that one link has me drooling thinking of what mine is gonna look like.
glad to hear of the switch to heims, I am looking forward to getting a delivery!

One quick tip! Lube the threads and have them IN the adapter when you weld them on. If not the tube shrinks and a tap will be needed. Don't ask how I know but it is good to have Ruffstuff in my backyard!

Right, but don't try to run a bead all the way around the adapter in one pass. You'll dump too much heat into it especially with those sized adapters because the wall is so thin.

I did my trackbar, UCA, and tie rods (full hydro) so far and didn't need a tap for any of them.

g I see is that the camber is crap! The top tilted out enough that part of the tread is not in contact with the road. Once I find my digital level I'll find out how far. So the question do I have to cut the welds and hope it can move enough or heat and shrink the tubes?

Did you get this sorted out? I believe some of the ford inner knuckles have +1.5* camber built in. I had the same thing with mine, I'm currently using 1.5*shims to correct this.

part number for my chevy outers is

MOOGK97412 (K974-12)

Yes I did get it fixed. I cut the C's loose and it helped some and then finished with offset ball joint adjusters. Got my new upper link in.
