Hey Jeff, did you get home ok???? Hope the axle swap works out for ya! I tried to find a couple of pics of the damage. all I could find was one with tow strap hanging over your Jeep.. :laugh3: and then this one of you getting strapped off that steep climb... It was good to meet you, and you are proof that there may be hope for the Colorado Chapter! :gag:

I am very very disapointed in our Colorado brethren who said they were going to show up to Moab this last weekend and didnt show. Only one dared to brave the sun and 65 degree weather, XJHAMMER (aka...Colorado Guy). Thanks for showing up Jeff. Feel free to show up next time, we all know you will be the only one from your chapter that will.

Oh yeah, your welcome for the strap, both times.

I don't remember using a strap to get off of that climb ;-)

I do remember who was gripping the seat pretty tightly when he took the strap.....

Then wouldn't even try widow maker the next day....

Next time i'll bring more nalgene's for after the trail.....

Where were you at CO fest?

Dont recal saying I was going to show up then not.

Colorado Fest must be more of a show and shine than a wheeling trip either that or an event you all take your jeeps and park them.

Never said I was going to show up at Pres. weekend, yet you are trash talking all of us.If you think Colorado fest is just a show and shine, and that we dont wheel you really need to get a clue.If you want,I can send you a shiney new quarter to buy yourself one.

If we all showed up that would ruin the great rumor that all we do is web wheel......... :rattle:

Sorry man, there was a line in your first post that seemed like you were bagging on all of us--no biggie

I think that we all need a big hug.... maybe at the meeting!

All that I know is that I'm proud to be in NAXJA and I meet great people every time that I got out on runs. When I broke in Moab this last trip, the Intermountain guys where the first to crawl under and take a look at the damage, and the first to offer a strap in need, AND first to take lots of embarrassing pictures. I think that's what having a great time is all about, the people not the politics. I do look forward to wheeling with everyone in NAXJA, but I understand that we all have schedules to keep and lives of our own.
