Cardboard with plastic bracing.

I dont actually remember the thickness of the steel but its pretty rugged. Inside brackets are thick with welded on nuts. It's not light.

The original version of that bumper was built of cardboard and painted flat black. It looked almost identical in pics of the steel one. Only diff. is the card board one didn't have D-ring tabs. I have a cardboard cut-out of a bumper I'm going to build for my F350 folded up in the basement too.

If someone wants I can split the tires/rims up. I can also mount and balance. I can swap the 4.5 rims for the 5.5.
