I saw it; geared too deep for the planned use though. $$ to change it back, + kind of a wasted crawler axle.

Also wanted: stub shafts. I only need them to hold a unit bearing together, not to drive wheels, so they can be pretty beat up in the ears. Just as long as they won't slide through a unit bearing & have threads on the end, they'd be fine.

I may be wrong but for th stub shaft thing I believe you can use a bolt. Unless beat up stub shafts are a plenty.

Hmm. I hadn't thought of using a bolt. It would have to be fairly massive but could work. Could just take a hub to the local hardware specialist, have them find something that will *just* fit...
Still, I'd rather use a WJ stub shaft or buy a 2wd beam complete w/ dummies.
