WTB Stock Rear Bumper

Im looking for a stock rear bumper that won't cost me much more than a good six pack. A female friend of mine got rear ended yesterday and needs some assistance. It's a late model- '99 I think.

I've got a white one here in Seattle with end caps. It has a bunch of scratches on it from when I tried to tow a wood splitter by just lashing it to the bumper :dunce:
