Your best bet will probably be Craigslist. I have seen them on there before. Folks get new wheels and tires or sell their Jeep and "forget" they had the old spare in there garage.

I have the spare tire brand new, want to keep the rim with the other 4 though. If you want the 245/75r16 mtr make me an offer and come get it.
