winner winner chicken dinner. has the 4.88's you should be getting anyway

Thank you CAJJ93X, I had the 'has image' box checked and missed this. :woohoo:

Offer made we will see what happens. :laugh3:

I would still put in 4.10 or 4.56 as it is still my DD and winding the engine up high just to go to town and shop is not good for my baby boy. ;)

The 4.0 loves to spin. I run 4.88's with 33s and a 5 speed (lower than AW4) and love it. The engine turns 3000 RPM at 75MPH and If I take it easy on it, I can pull roughly 19.5 MPG Highway.

I am still looking. I keep trying to get the guy from Boring, OR to meet me half way as it would cost over $200 to get there and back.

Does this look like it will work on a Cherokee?

what sorta high steer bolt on thing is that guy on the pass side knuckle?

Thank you in4aride sound easy if you weld.

Jon I don't know what that is as it came off an S10. I saw this on CL and don't have a great feeling about it. With my limited knowledge I think I will wait for the right one that I can handle.

I just thought if it was easy to modify I would go for it.

easy is subjective. Id say if you feel comfortable aligning and welding coil buckets, trackbar mounts, etc, I would think its easy , if you dont feel comforable with that, then its hard.

I am not comfortable welding .......yet so I am still on the look out. :helpme:

Rob is selling this:
Hp30, cryod spicer 4.56's, lockrite, drilled rotors, 297 shafts, new unit bearings, new passenger side balljoints, knuckles drilled for heims, setup for 3link coilovers with upper on passenger side.

The 3 link coilovers and I dont see where the LCA's go so I don't think it meets my needs. What do you guys think? Is it plug and play?

looks like he raised the lower mounts so they aren't hanging low. and I don't see coil buckets. not sure what that passenger side upper looks like either or what link end he is using. it's gonna require some cutting and welding. if he will sell you the steering with it and you dont mind some fabrication I'd consider it.

Thanks guys that is what I am thinking too.
But I am liking the 4.56 gearing better than the 4.11 I first thought I wanted.

i bet rob would consider welding coil buckets back on, and youll need a new stock trackbar mount as well, maybe he would do that. he is still using the stock link location for the UCAS, so the only issue with the 3 link is the trackbar being raised. if you got his steering and trackbar then you'd be setup pretty good.

welding stock coil buckets back on, maybe LCA mounts, thats easy to do. shock mounts are easy as hell, double shear or studs, just weld em on.
youll gain the strength of the cryo r/p and the truss, which is nice, and the better brakes arent to bad. just some food for thought.
