Hey guys, my buddy has a 1994 xj that has a 2.5L manual trans that may need a computer (no fuel, no spark, no cel). It's not the crank sensor. Does anyone have one we can buy? Please let me know as we would like to get it running ASAP. Apparently they aren't a stocking item at the parts warehouses.

I couldnt find the one I had... either some one took it from my garage or I got rid of it and dont remember. Sorry.

Awe man, no worries thanks for checking. Does anyone have one I can borrow to rule out the ECM? Anyone have a friend who can lend me one to try? Seems like 150 bucks on fleabay is pricey to test.

Have you checked the ASD(Auto Shut Down, I think thats what it is called) relay under the hood? It will kill the jeep and shut off spark and fuel.Old friend found a jeep that did this.

Oh yeah, I checked EVERYTHING. I ended up buying a used ECM from a dismantler in San Diego, got fuel, spark, and cel now. Re-stabbed the distributor (the po replaced it) and wham, fired right up. Thanks for those who replied.:us:
