Working on the jeep this Saturday, starting early.

Looking to make a lot of progress on the rocker replacements.

I measured the angle of the rockers in both directions. Jeep sits at about 1° low in front and 6° sloping down from the inside down as it goes out.

I put the new box in at the same angle front to back and 3° instead of 6° inside to out. It looked odd with the large plain at 6°. The flatter the better but wanted to leave a little slope to shed water.

I made more progress last night. Finished welding the legs to the trial, primed everything with weld through primer and tacked up the drivers side rail.

I will start to burn it in tonight and will try to get the other side mocked up and legs cut

I picked up some 1.25 hiems for the upper link instead of going 7/8" and frame side trackbar mount and some other things of the like. 20% off at RS. stuff adds up fast though.

Yeah I just order 4 more small guessets. Phil pointed out I should also tie in the leaf mount vertically. Should be nice

Made more progress last week. Pass side is tacked up and drivers side is welded on, just need to make it look pretty and shave the doors.

Im jealous of how clean your tnt setup and stiffeners and 2x6 are . All my stuff looks like dog crap in comparison.

Thanks guys. I got the doors on! This is just temp to make a run this next weekend. They will come back off to patch the doors, smooth everything out and paint. I still want to make an outer tube too.
