Cluster not working

Dear people, I am working on an instrument panel of a jeep here

JEEP CHEROKEE (XJ
built in 2000

The counters no longer work and the display does not light up

The fault is probably in the instrument panel itself, even if I connect it externally, the display and counters do not work either
there must be a power failure somewhere in the instrument panel or a spear part is defective.

Maybe someone has an explanation for this or a service manual for the instrument panel.

All information is welcome

Those have problems with the connection where they plug in. Clean up both sides of the plug best you can, plug it in and unplug it a few times, then see if it works. If not see if you can find another cluster to try.
