"When" I go winch shopping I'm going to get another Warn 8274. I had one and let it go with the truck, wish I had it back!

I'm not sure if I can mount the 8274, I have heard that it is "the best" from other threads by different people. The bumper I'm using has plenty or room to mount but I'm guessing that the holes won't line up with the predrilled holes.
Is that the only difference or is it the way that the winch is clocked that makes it different?
