whos in that rig?

Facts need to be straight on this one. Thats MY jeep and my names Ryan and i have been kind of a lurker for about 3 years lol been really looking to be a paying member but when i have the money i forget and end up dumping it back in to my jeeps lol. I have had 4 XJs since i have been a member. this one is the 4th. Was the gfs jeep she told me she wanted me to build it so i did then she realized she didnt want something with bad gas mileage so i bought it off her so she could get a car. I didnt "swipe" anything she is big into wheeling too and loved when i took her out in it and wheeled. By the way all "MY" money went into building and mainting while she owned. Nice to officially meet everyone lol

Glad you finally posted, Ryan. I was hoping that pic and "swipe" comment would entice you to post.

I still say you swiped her Jeep. :)

yep..its very possible..its all about taking the right lines, unless you don't care to beat on it then your perfectly fine. i wheeled the Rubicon my first time on a BB and 31" swamps open/open. its really not a "hard" trail or "technical" but it is what you make it.

thats good to hear =) did you tear up ur rig? i dont mind taking the easier route, i just want to wheel it to be able to expierence the rubicon and all it's beauty.

not really...i hit the quarters a few times, nothing bad though...i was not too worried about beating on it so i kinda took the harder lines too.

saw a white, maybe 89 xj in my work parking lot today (24hr fitness in Folsom). It had a chrome grille, chrome wheels and some 35"S (maybe 33"s, it was far). and about 6" never seen it before. anyone know?

i dont know who that is...but can you hook up something at work?....lookin to get into a gym here.

ya fore sure. sending pm

Saw 3 XJ's and a couple TJ's on boards crossing rd saturday heading toward Sourgrass. One white XJ with BW flares and a dark green( i think) with BW flares also. The 3rd XJ was also dark colored too. I passed them on Boards crossing. We where out playing in the new tow rig.

that was nate (white xj), the weirdo (blue xj) & me (green xj) & some friends. we were camping at the end of sourgrass & ran corral hollow saturday.

On my way up to the Bay Area from the Central Valley around noon today I ran into some NAXJA folks right where 99N and 120W meet in Manteca. The group was being led by a red Wrangler followed by blue, white, and green XJs sporting NAXJA stickers. I was in my red XJ. I'm guessing you guys were headed home from a fun weekend of wheeling judging by the broken Bushwhackers... Saw a San Jose Sharks sticker on the white one, San Jose area members maybe?

Also passed a flat blue/grey(?) XJ on my return trip around 6pm on 205S. No front flares, looked like 33's, and a huge roof rack. Is that anyone on here?

How funny, you must have posted while I was typing up my sighting... Sounds like it was probably you guys that passed me.
