Which winch do i go with?

I have been looking to get a warn 9,000 winch but the price with shipping is about 1,200 dollars, i was looking on JCwhitney and found this rugged ridge winch for half the price and 1,500 more recovery pull, so honestly if this winch has a 2 year factory warranty should i just go with the rugged ridge or should i save my $ for the warn?

I have a new, never installed Superwinch Rock95 that I'm selling. Still in the orig box too. Money forces sale and I've lowered the price to $650 firm. This is a competition grade winch with a 9500lb capacity. Typical retail is over $1000. Amazon is currently $1200.
