Which motor mounts?

I had a MORE mount break in half and put my engine into my radiator.

I've had Brown Dog destroy the bushings (both rubber and poly) in 100 trail miles.

I'll only run SFR now. And since he's having his own custom poly bushings poured, they dampen vibes better than the MORE or Brown Dog did.
It looks like you have an interesting experience with SFR's mounts. I purchased theirs & their transmission mount in 2021 and I get a lot of vibration in the cabin. That's why I'm here researching. Isn't rubber supposed to absorb more than polyurethane? As I read here, it seems that the rubber mounts are absorbing the vibrations better.

I have StinkyFab's on my XJ, plus their transmission mount, and way too much vibration in the cabin for me. I'm here researching.
Factory with the Window Weld mod!

SFR is now using a slightly softer compound for their bushings. I am currently running their engine mounts with the large mounting plate, and their tranny mount and crossmember with TC skid on my MJ. Their is a slight increase in vibration. Not enough that I would consider switching back to rubber.

My son had a boss break on the block using factory mounts. The SFR mounts with the large mounting plates saved his a$$. His mounts have the old compound bushings. There is a notable difference in vibration between the two. The new compound has dramatically less vibration.

I think sfr gives you choice of firmness.

Im just running cheap poly mounts with no issues running mostly trails
