Which D30 do I have?

I have a 1997 XJ with the D30 front (ofcourse). But is it low pinion or high pinion? Standard rotation or reversed? And how would I tell? I doubt it matters but: 4.0L, AX-15, NP231, c 8.25" 29 spline. I think it has 3.07 gears (being a MT), but I haven't confirmed it.

It's high pinion, and high pinion means "reverse rotation" ... which is actually a misnomer for "reverse cut" gears.
