the title pretty much says it all anybody know of some places close to denver that sell steel

and does anybody have an idea where i could get a set of 32" and 35" maxxis bighorns

thanks alot

My bro jwtrapper got his Maxxis Bighorns off of Ebay. I think he said he paid a little over 600 for all 4. I would try there.

Try K & K surplus, they sell new and used (.50 a pound) they are off of I-76 and 88th essentially.

There is also Keystone Morman (did I get that backwards?) off of Broadway and 58th essentially. Hinton steel I believe is still down south off of Platte river rd and Dartmouth abouts.

I bought my Bighorns from C.C. Burgess Tire. They are located in Tuckerman, AR. I dealt with Brian. Shipped quick.

The MWC purchased the tires for the Giveaway XJ from C.C. Burgess Tire also. They did give us a nice deal on them too.

They cost so much now. I maintain that I had Bighorn's on my rig before anyone knew Maxxis made anything but a Creepy Crawler. That was November, 2005; I paid $116 a tire for a 33 x 12.5 x 15. Now you can't touch them for under $175 a tire.............:gag:

Going on 2 years ago now but, I got mine for $130/tire.....that includes shipping.

I shopped around ALOT. I know you guys aren't local to me but, Noone local had even heard of them, let alone get them.
I always got, "Maxi what? Who makes them? What brand are they?"

I'll likely buy another set when these finally wear out.
