Its ok, we get commuter books at a discounted rate cause we live on that side of the water. But right now I'm at school in SLO, have not been back in about a month.

I'm right where the I-15 tops out (4200 feet top of Cajon Pass) on the way from Rancho Cucamonga to Hesperia. Oak Hills is a rural area of 2.5 acre plus lots. The National Forest is right at my driveway. Mountains West and desert East.

Last time we were there with most of our racing crew, we got kicked off our mooring for sponsoring the Natalie Wood challenge, again. Had half the "C" row involved. :D

Hell ya thats what harbour parties are all about!! Sorry about the harbour Dept., they can kinda be tight arses sometimes. You should come over and cruise out to Descanso Beach Club this summer for a visit and a few free beers : ), go for a mooring out by it, good music, beer close by, and free showers (whether you use them of not is up to you). No wheelin' on the island, at least during the day time anyway...

Damn Remi! Since 98?
I know the water gets cold out here but the diving is hard to beat!!
(okay, so I don't even dive out here after October or before May...)

Haven't seen this thread in a while...
The problem here is that we need to find a topic that this thread hasn't covered yet.

I think we ought to drum up some interest in a snow run. The way I see it, weather being what it has, or has not been; this will have to be a night run. The early predawn hours would most likely be best for minimizing our chances of arrest. The last time I ran my XJ down the slopes, it was late in the afternoon. Either no one saw me, or they didn’t have the energy to listen to my explanation. Mind you, it was a very good explanation, even if I do say so myself. I don’t think they will be so complacent now that they are open for business.

What we need now is a foolproof plan. Foolproof may be a bit of a stretch, but who knows? Maybe we should limit attendance to white or invisible rigs.

:laugh3:

EDIT: There is a new rule about having to post this on another thread too. Apparently, I wasn’t drinking nearly enough to remember which one. Come to think of it. I don’t drink; how can I even know about the other thread, whatever it is?

LOL.... well, I've been there, done that, got the call, went to dig a certain someone out, got stuck myself, by the time got back to pavement, the certain someone dug himself out too :D Had spare socks, didn't have spare boots, sucked cause socks soaked through in seconds :( found a stove, got my boots on it to dry them out, had them catch fire ;)

I know the 'IE' isn't really all that great, BUT did you have to leave it out of the choices?

I mean, really, no Rivercide?! er, Riverside.

When I set up the poll those were the "outer fringes" to me and I figured that not too many people where from there. Turns out that there is quite a few people there. Maybe for Crackers benefit I should set up poll # 2 with better/more updated choice :D
