Where in So. Cal to buy whole pig?

A guy at my work (Cuban) is trying to find a place to buy whole pigs (preferably already prepped). We found a place in Arizona but I figure there has to be a place around here......so I ask you guys.

Just for the record, I don't plan on eating any of it!!! haha

there are a few slaughterhouses around. I know of one in Escondido. Just start calling slaughterhouses. Look in the phonebook under meats...
