Wheeling near Rhinelander WI

Does anyone know about a paper/plastic company near Rhinelander WI that lets people use their woodlands for wheeling? I heard about it browsing for sites : http://www.pyt.org/trails/rhinelander.html

If anyone has any input I would appreciate it. If it's true this would be a good contact/friendship to make.
