All my wrenches are way to small. I will have to go to the store and buy ONE wrench for this job. The junkyard has one s10 with axle off, u bolts off, has just the leafs attached front and rear with bolts

I noticed today most of the blazers only have like 3 leafs attached, this is sufficient for lift?
I know its going from under to over axle which ads a few inches. That you got to cut off eyes, etc.

dont know the size, but whats the largest size you have? hard to believe its larger then 3/4".

how about cutting the bolt/shackle/mount/main leaf eyes with sawzaw or torch?

I'm assuming because it's blazer/s10 springs that you're planning on using them to make a bastard pack for your xj. If that's the case see if the JY will just cut them off as alot will since it's easier to remove them, plus you don't need the eyes anyways as you'll be cutting them off regardless.

I'd unbolt them caus you don't kno exactly where to cut it till you put them up to yor xj springs and it's hard to get a good cut upside down

13/16 is within .4mm of a 21, I'd bet on them actually being 21mm. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to use a 13/16 wrench on them in the JY if it fit on... I actually used a 7/8 box wrench (even further from the right size) to hold the nut on the shackle bolts while installing my lift, once I was actually tightening them down I had to use the right wrench obviously.
