Lateral spread in rear leaf springs ok?

I recently installed a 4" lift and replaced the D35 axle with an Explorer 8.8. (1,000 thank yous for all the amazing info on this forum! I felt like I had a dozen helpers on the job!)

So I was just going to retorque the U-bolts after having driven a couple hundred miles and I noticed a bit of spread in the leafs on the driver's side. Never having stared at leaf springs much before, I don't know if this is ok, or normal. Any opinions? FWIW, I know I got the spacing for the spring perches bang on. Is this something I should worry about? Maybe try to bring them together before retorquing the U-bolts? Or is this something ok?

Thanks!
