Copper line on the seal housing separated from it. It didn't look like it broke off, it's gotta be a manufacturing defect.

Don't they know you need to go to WF this weekend? Hopefully they will replace it soon.

My list for this weekend is

Front axle:
U-joints
hubs
pads
rotors
knuckles(drilled out for steering)
1ton steering set up

once all this is done im ready for WF.

done!

Install C4x4 Tow hook brackets and hooks(hoping they get here before Thursday), mount my spare 30" tire to make all match. Install factory battery hold down(current battery is larger than original one), fill gas tank. Other items as they come about.

Figure out rear drive shaft - done!
Figure out front drive shaft - done!
Install long arms - done!
Install coils - done!
Limit straps for front - done!
Re-do bumpstops - done!
Install new winch -done!
Install longer front brake hoses - done!
Install shocks - done!
Install track bar and bracket - done!
Alignment - done!
Weld xmember - done!
Trans filter
Fill tcase - done!
Steering - done!
Tcase shifter - done!
Skid plate - done!
Fuel cell - done!
Ds u-joints

Tow pig:
Install transmission - done!
Change oil - done!
Install super mega killer hitch - done!

Camper:
Install dedicated fuse block for the heater
Seal roof
Fix the jack mounting points
Rip out toilet and replace with a portable - not going to happen

Trailer is done tonight except for some paint tomorrow...

I broke the cold/warm mix knob on the HVAC tonight pulling the jeep in the garage...not sure if I'll be able to get one before wednesday.

Check the air pressures in the RV and trailer tires which are new today but we didn't get to air them up to max.

Load this stuff up and leave on Wednesday!

Jeep:
Change oil(or just keep adding ~3 quarts like I have been doing ) - done
Transfer case linkage adjustment - has gotten better on its own
Swap to discs/new bearings on the dana 44 - still gathering parts
Install TnT belly pan skidplate - after wf

Suburban (ready to go for WF, this stuff needs done before Harlan):
Trans flush/oil change - after wf
Ball joints/tie rod ends - done
New tires n rimz yo- done(just tires)
Figure out where the damn ac is leaking from - after wf

Trailer:
Two new tires (or keep rotating in crummy spares like I've been doing)
Repack or replace LF bearings
Replace brake magnets

its ready to roll. spent all last weekend cleaning it. just need to load it with heaters and sleeping bags.

I haven't gotten anything done yet today. Sitting in the er with the wife. She can barely move with back pain, so I keep calling her Dan. My day and time is dwindling away and obviously its difficult for her to deal with the kids. Could be a week full of very late nights for me!

I've never dealt with such back pain, it really sucks. I am currently planning on bringing my jeep, but it may not see the trails.

airbag leveling valve is frozen.

so, unstick airbag system and I'm good to go.

Got my front axle in. Need to get a new ds joint tomorrow then out brakes on etc. Then go make a mount for my LED bar, and a cab mount and I'm good to go
