Valve cover gasket, oil pump, oil pan gasket, timing cover gasket, front crankshaft seal, new clutch master cylinder, vacuum lines (Dormans fit goofy), and an air filter.

Ordered some recovery gear, and some stuff to make a fitch box.

I fixed my horns. They will be much enjoyed. Especially with how everyone else has been driving lately.

Changed my trac bar angle, and built an awsome ghetto fab double sheer frame side mount from the original and some scrap. Anyone know if there are some spectre renix intakes laying around, they don't make it anymore

You should keep wobbly wheel.

I think I finally got the 96 Fix Or Repair Daily Taurus back on the DD list. Last problem on the transmission was a $30 NS-switch or range sensor as Ford calls it. It took 6 flushes to get the 100,000 mile junk from the dead Dex III Transmission fluid flushed out of it.

Need to order 4 ball joints for the 89 2WD Cherokee and find a shop to swap them. I don't trust spring compressors, LOL.

Gave up on the mushy brake peddle problem and back to driving the 87 Waggy again as is.

Next up is the notorious gas tank flange on the spare white 87 CHerokee 4X4.

Time for a South Houston-Pasadena meet and great!!!

Oh, and I get my first Cataract eye surgery BORG implants on Feb 14th, Wish me luck!!!!

You don't need a spring compressor for ball joints.

You don't need a spring compressor for ball joints.

I agree with Brady for just Ball Joints you don't need compressors. I am actually doing mine as we speak. Maybe the 89 is different? You will need the Ball Joint kit to press them in and get the old ones out.
That said I'm also replacing control arm bushings and track-bar. I hope by removing them I will be able to drop axle low enough to just remove springs. I currently have 3.5 in springs with 2" spacers... replacing with correct size new springs :)

I did ball joints on my old 89 without spring compressors. Just put the axle on Jack stands and remove the wheels, brakes, axles then ball joints.
