What was done to YOUR rig(XJ/MJ) today MECHANICALY????

Says mph, ended up having a conversation with Chryslers corporate office and they Saad it was originally sold in canadia, looks pretty American to me

Well I got the tnt stiffeners, in the cab roll bar, transgo reprogramming kit with trans temp gauge and completed a tune up on the xj this weekend. the jeep certainly drives better with the stiffeners, even has less rattles!!

Finished my DIY front bumper from dirtbound offroad finally. All welded up and painted. Took most of the day. And cleaned out my DD.

Will get my winch and my lights installed onto the new bumper tomorrow most likely.

I cleaned several years of brake dust off of the mjs turbine rims today, there was so much brake dust that the rims are pitted. Really cleaned up pretty nice though. I also test fitted my 31s i have in the shed, just need 2 more to complete the set.

changed my rear diff fluid finally

this flu really kicked my butt, even doing that while not being 100% recovered wore me out.

I got back from Phoenix on Friday. Been driving the Jeep around.

changed my rear diff fluid finally

this flu really kicked my butt, even doing that while not being 100% recovered wore me out.

Same here, first time I had the real flu in almost 30 years, I had muscle aches from hell right after wrenching, like I have never had before, at one point I could not walk, felt like I needed knee surgery, and a few days later the knee was fine, but it felt like my arm was falling off a few days later after using a sawsall (relapse) and now I am 100% fine. It got me early, back around T-day. I had a 2 day relapse 3 weeks ago, stomach flu this time. I usually preach about the evils of pain killers like Ibuprofin, but it and ice packs saved my but with the muscle aches. I could not sleep for 2 days I was in so much pain. Ice and Ibuprofin and I was fine a day later.

I had started with a soar throat, took an antibiotic, was fine a day later, replaced the gear box on the jeep, and the next day I was afraid I was going to live I was in so much pain. I think the antibiotic tripped my immune system into overdrive, and caused severe muscle and joint inflammation every time picked up a tool for 2 weeks. I think it was going after the virus, and any joint work out sent it after a phantom infection.

I have heard from many people that have said this was a real bad year for it.
