Re: What was done to YOUR rig today MECHANICALY????
Jeep has been running rough lately, and while in Plano, it died. Ether limped it to autozone. Checked all connectors, tested fuel pressure (40psi), checked spark. Discoverd rotor and cap was chewed up, while replacing them discovered why. The threads for the hold down screws were stripped out on the dist. So went back in and bought a distributor. Finished install. Jeep started, was still having hiccups. Started back towards Sherman, but didn't make it far, died again. After doing the parking lot hop to get it to a better spot, locked it up and caught a ride back to Sherman. Will return later today with a trailer and dive into it find out whats wrong. Going to test the CPS, fuel pump, check plugs and wires, recheck grounds, and unless I'm missing something, if I dont find the source by then, its the ECM. Also dug out the for sale sign I had leftover from my truck :gonnablow

EDIT: Already replaced dist, cap, rotor, injectors, fuel filter, starter, battery and a few other misc random stuff in the past 4 months.
