Well, me and the wife have been throwing this idea around for a couple months now. I am in a toss up on which jeep to bring to Winterfest this year. I have been bringing the big jeep for the past few years and doing the same trails and obstacles. Don't get me wrong I like the trails and such that I have been running with my jeep but I am getting kindof burnt out on the same stuff.
We are looking at possibly taking the wifes DD jeep down this year. We are both kind of excited to take it down there as it is something knew for us to wheel there and to see what her jeep is made of. :D And for all to gawk over. LOL Her jeep is built well and capable of doing alot, even though it is on 31" tires.
So, lets see what you all think we should possibly do. Do we take mine and beat the piss out of it as usual and run MI or do we bring the wifes jeep down for something new and take some trails we haven't wheeled in a few years? Lets see.

I am not afraid of putting her jeep through the paces. It is built well, by me. :D LOL Her jeep has all the skid plates it could have, rock sliders, hitches front and rear, spare parts, and more. Even if we do break something serious on her jeep, I have 98% of the parts either with me or at home to fix her up before she takes it to work, or she can take the van or my grand cherokee to work if I roll the damn thing. LOL

Here are a couple pictures of the wifes jeep for some that have not seen it.

Bring Jenny's Jeep.....it will be a whole new park for you in that rig. You have already done most of the big stupid stuff...

I would LOVE to bring both jeeps, but money is a BIG thing to afford to bring both. Trailer mine and drive hers down, I don't think we could. That and I would not want her to wheel alone if something were to break. She is a good wheeler, but i am not about to put her in a position to replace parts on the trail if something goes wrong.

Tyler, we have wheeled the easier trails when we first started with this group with a 2.5 carbed wagoneer on 31's!! LOL Just would be nice to go back to the beginning with Badlands Park for us with a jeep that can hold its own. LOL

I remember the waggy!

WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

bring the little one.

Bring the red jeep. I think its the one I saw in brillion last november. I might try to talk a buddy into taking ours down from the milwaukee area, they should both be on atleast 31's by then.

I will make one rule if we bring her jeep, it WILL do orange trail. :D

I am thinking about bringing some 235's to put on my rig and run Orange trail for a challenge...I have been stuck leading or gunning that trail the past 3 or 4 years, I am ready for a change. :D but of course we will not pass trail requiremenst with those small tires for orange :gee:

We may pass tech without tire size, but I am willing to give it a hell of a go. We did it with the woody and it was carbed!!! LOL. But the trail has changed in a few years. I am all for hitting orange with 31" tires again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have plenty of time to get in gear for the Winterfest event!!! You sound familiar, who are you?

If you really want a change bring the little one. But if you are anything like me, when you see everyone hitting the big stuff when you know you could be too, you get a little envious. But I say bring the big jeep and beat the hell out of it like it owes you money. Was a fun time riding with you guys this last year. I owe you one kim, if you do bring the little one, as long as mine make it into the park this year I would probably be willing to let you wheel it a little in the quarry.

And it will be on full size axles this time, so no more tiny pinion to snap. :explosion
