What doesn't work on your Jeep

rear wiper and spray
NO cup holder!
left tail light (wire is clipped)
sometimes the blinker
seat (spring is broke, tap and bungee cords rock!)
E brake
Oil pressure gage

And everything else is just ghetto rigged to work!

parking lamps pop the fuse, which is a drag because it kills my dash lights as well.

remarkably, that's about it.

oh, and the passeger window doesn't like to be rolled down all the way, shot regulator.

and the speedometer, that quit this last weekend.

damn, I need to stop thinking about the broken things.

'90, so

rear wiper - motors sittin on the bench
A/C - guages in the box waiting with a new r/d
cruise
door locks finally quit, remote never did work
horn - ghetto wired thru the relay socket, it kills the main engine power fuse if I use it.
paint died, looks like a trailer park camo job.

At least the elec fan starting kicking back on by itself.

OK well I figure I better add my list here too...

-Cracked windshield
-A/C howls at me
-The A/C panel lights up?
-Need to re-install interior trim
-need to re-hook up T-case shift linkange
-large oil leak
-oh heh it needs oil and a filter
-general tune up (plugs/wires/cap)
-belt bad
-paint on rocker panels
-front axle bearings

I think thats it....I'm sure there is more :laugh3:

On my 88' Laredo
Both front door light pins don't work (SUPPOSED to turn on the interior lights when the door is open)
Passanger back-up light... really need to find somewhere else to mount it, as it is constantly getting smashed.
P/D locks (actually, I'm not so lazy that this is an issue...)

There are no guts in the bench seat
the seat move lever is stuck
the Drivers door is falling off
bent bumper
leaky windsheild
glovebox won't stay closed
horn is possessed goes off at random times
radio fuse shakes loose sometimes
rear axle leaks sometimes
mirrors are loose
inside rearview mirror is behind the seat

It becomes an issue when you THINK you are locking all of the doors, but somebody else discovers one of the doors isn't actually locked and comes right in.

Oh, I thought that was what the manual locks were for. :jester:

e-brake
both pass side windows cause their broken cause the doors are crushed in
my pass. side mirror(ripped it off wheelin)
speedometer

Passanger side front window. It goes about 3/4 fo the way down and then it falls. Need to tear into it and figure out what's going on in there. Then you have to get needle nose pliers to get it back up out of the window fuzzie. Major PIA. Been that way for over a year now.:laugh3:

Sounds like some teeth are missing on the regulator or something?

So it catches after u raise it back up with pliers?

Yep.I believe that is the issue.

Hand crank.

Had an old 79 grand prix....passenger window would go up about an inch from the top. If you kept cranking it wouldn't go anymore.......some teeth were cracked off of the main gear.

No rearview mirror. No radio, no speakers, no antenna. Power locks have gremlins.Rear doors only open from the inside. Driver's seat is about to collapse.
