I don't like American bacon so much. I love English bacon, which is much larger with much less relative fat. This is one of the few areas where europeans actually have it measurably better.

Out of all the American breakfast pork products, I like sausage links the best

I love Guinness and nearly any kind of steak (not sig worthy). But, I can never, never give up my bacon. Although you do have great taste, you, sir, are missing out.

Also, what's this "tastes like grease and feels like rubber"? Properly cooked bacon should be crunchy! Rubbery bacon is horrible, I agree with the sausage crew on that.
