What did you do to your XJ today

I have the same header, ...cracked on me less than a year later...
Granted my motor mounts prob had something to do with it... looks like you have the MORE mounts, so you should be good...


Is that the stock header? Mine looks like it with the flex joints on the 1st and 6th exhaust port and it's been in there I think it's entire life lol I know my driver motor mount was bad and replaced it. Maybe a faulty header you got?

adding stuff to the parts pile, build up next week. Lebarron hood vents, WJ, ZJ conversion and new 4.88s gears in the rear to replace a failed install, brakes+1 ton high steer, going to feel like a new rig when its done. 160AMP alt+cable upgrades too. wont make it to NWF but have a few trips planned end of July.

Realized I need new tags, like in April... :explosion and a new ATV tag come next month, DOH!

it was a good day, and the jeep feels awesome now!

Did the best free upgrade today, cut and fold the rear fender well, turned out real well, really was prepping for tomorrow when I'm going to install my rear quarter armor. Went with OR Fab, that stuff is pure beef. 33ibs each!
 
Got the armor on and trimmed the fronts, has anyone used that door trim on a cut fender? How does it hold up? Should I glue it on there?

or look up "trim lock" there are several different styles. you can usually buy it by the foot in several colors.

Found a few kinds at schucks, picked the thickest one and it looks like it has some glue already In it. Won't be problem as I'm running 31's but when I put on the33's in the garage.....
 
Picking up a new set of axles geared and locked!!!!
