What did you do to your XJ today

changed the oil went to a napa gold 1459 oil filter put 7 quarts in. then pulled my plugs found they smelt like fuel but and didnt seem to be burning every hot. pulled my cap and found that the rotor was toast the middle post was missing the part that touchs the rotor so the rotor was eating into the cap pulled my plug wires from the cap 2 and 6 towers had gotten water in between the wire and tower so time for new plug wires. incdently she seemed to have a little more power on the way to work today.

I might stop by and shoot the shit, maybe also see if you can help me figure out what to do with my leaky passenger floor side
 
Well helped a couple to tow their vw Jetta off the road. Their rear motor mount had snapped and left them stranded in the middle of the road.
Now in off to remove the carpet to clean it up and get rid of the mold that's grown on the passenger side floor board.... :-/ thought I had fixed the leak but looks like I didn't. Fml
 
I'm carpet less and console less lol waiting for the jb weld to cure for that plastic piece of shi* that holds the center console still lol won't be permanent but hopefully for a bit

Gonna leave it out till I can fix the leak and let the carpet dry. After I might rhino line it, or just primer. Either way any surface will be sand off. Looking into some cheap closed cell foam to lay down, something cheaper than the dyna mats I've been readying and seeing
 
priced out some one ton chevy tie rod ends plus threaded incerst 1" inner and 1.25" for dom. came out to around $133 so debating on that. ordered a .75"x7.5"x12.8" transcooler to use as a powersteering cooler.

Boring maintenance crap
Replaced injectors due to a leaky injector
Replaced plugs
Cleaned throttle body and iac and dialed in my tps
Replaced pass side hub assembly

Still need to replace trans mount and mount my jcr belly skid
