What did you do to your XJ today

so ben, whats the issue? if there is a hole cut where the stuck bolt is, just take a box end and hold the bolt while you undo the nut
 
when the frame stiffners go in the hole gets covered
 
cut the bolt out then drill a hole in the stiffener where the bolt needs to go, weld a nut to the stiffener and call it good!! :repair:
 
got my lebaron hood vents done

I figured out why i didn't have a heater! it was the blend door. like the wire normally pulls the door open it was broken but i moved it manuelly and there was heat. So my dad will probubly make a little nub deal at the end to put on there.

I also flush out the heater core just to see if there was something in there that was causing it to have no heat, but it wasn't and now i can actually drive during the winter with a heater! haha

HA! I drive in the snow without a heater and with half doors!
 
Went to the JY and grabbed a 40-49psi fuel pressure regulator off of a dodge caravan so i could put my EV6 4-hole neon injectors in, and Jesus-jumpin'-jimminy-cricket-christ what a difference! Butt dyno read at least 10-15hp gain. Throttle response went through the roof, and no more bogging shifting into 4th. absolutely in love with this mod.

it's easy. take an 8mm socket and ratchet to the JY and grab one. slaps right in. dont forget the o-rings. plug and play.

Spent all afternoon/evening yesterday and this morning until about 3am over at Scotts installing and trouble shooting and refitting and trouble shooting and redoing, resealing. Pull our hair out and loosing our minds installing my A/C to OBA system. And I'm still not done. I still gotta take it back apart and retape all the fittings and try it again. Plus somehow I lost power to my radio. Big thanks to Scott for showing me what to do and for being a wiring wizard.
