Finished the trim panels in the rear. well... whats left of them anyhow, lol. They've been hacked on so many times now, went from amp storage, to OBA components, to an empty hole, ha ha ha. oh well, theres still enough to hide the tail light wireing : )
next up - mounting the hi-lift and re-attaching the OBA tank...

i got the case from an 02(ish) rubi tj and i put it into a 99 xj. i had to "clearance" the ribs in the floor above the case and notch the tranny mount with the plasma cutter. other than that i used two front drivelines and swapped the factory yokes. the speed sensor was plug and play but the indicator is a 100 dollar fix through jb conversions. all said and done.... well worth the 300 bucks i've got into it!

Drive the DD to sun lakes and back full of camping crap. I noticed the DD has vacuum disconnect front, I didn't know they still had those in 91.

'91 was the last year of vacuum disco, in an XJ. YJ had it until the end in '95.

For some reason I though it ended with the Renix crap. It works well and I don't DD the rig so I'll not worry about it untill it becomes my new wheeler at some point.
