What did you do to your XJ today

Not to be the safety police but those jack stand bases looks a bit scary....
I know what you're sayin .. they're bonded and plated together. I'm the last guy that wants the thing fallin on me. Hey, look! The bushwackers I hid in the basement two years ago! (that distracted ya, didn't it?)

I got a full set for free..

And i STILL paid too much:tear:

Changed the oil.
Converted my oil pressure sensor to wireless.
Found a chunk of wood in my tire tread.
Put a plug in my tire.
Put air back in my tire.
Fabricated a new battery tray for the Deka battery (which took way to flippin long).

Still need to prime/paint but it's literally freezing outside.

Drove to The Dalles so my Dad could pick up his XJ replacement, then I drove his XJ home.

Awww .. these were off cl at a reasonable price. I'm gonna reject your reality and substitute my own!

RED ON BLACK KC COVERS!
I'm just playin.. Rig looks good.. I especially dig the imaginary steering and track bar:scottm:

As far as the passenger side motor mount goes, did you have issues removing the main bolt from the mount to engine. Mine is blocked in on the front side. I have to remove several things to get it out. The bolt seems put in backwards based on how things are installed.

Thanks. The track bar is back on and it got the "ZJ steering upgrade" earlier today. Oh yeah, the rf tire is back on too. Was too lazy to take any pictures. I think it's ready to drive again. :sure: (hate the game, not the playa)

Well, it didn't happen all in one day but we pulled it out of the shop today. We built some year-round tube doors for the winter with removable tops for the summer.
