5.25". I think.

If ya wanna know for SURE I could go measure.

well ive got a couple of guys around here on craigslist with them posted.... so not that worried about it.

i think ford ranger wheels would work at 4.5" back spacing.

haha thanks!

think of anything other than rangers with 5 on 4.5 and decent backspaceing?

Not right off. Only thing with less backspacing would be an aftermarket wheel. What kinda trailer ya workin on?

just the car hauler with 3500lbs axles.... it had the older 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern and i converted it to 5 on 4.5 cause of a hub seize and the option of finding the 5 on 4.5 alot easier.

Ah, gotcha. All those wheels you've been thru and you don't have a set of stock wheels? If there's one thing I've learned.... I ALWAYS keep the stock wheels.

I've got some but there backspacing doesn't match.

take a block of wood .. place it on top of rim.. tape measure from the lug hole to the bottom of the block of wood = back spacing.

remember though some of the smaller ranger wheels are 14's and im pretty sure all of them have smaller center openings.... that probably wont matter for the trailer though.

Doug, a LOT of the ranger wheels are 14s... you're right. And I do remember having a probelm using a ranger spare on my jeep. Like you said the hole in the center is too small.
