The one pictured won't work on a Dana 30, i built it for my Dana44.What steering setup are you running? I'm getting close to replacing all of the linkage on my heep and looking for a system that's already built (considering ORO uturn)

That being said....
Here's a link to the kits I sell on my website:

:huh:I butt-welded a 1/2" Grade 8 to the 7/8" Grade 8 bolt for the Track Bar. I did 2 passes with .35 wire so I know I got good penetration. I'm not sure how long this thing will last without a double sheer, but it'll do for now until I get my new Dana 60.
Overall adding this made a HUGE difference and I'm loving my rig again.
Jim
How much of that 1/2-inch bolt changed color? Where did the colors stop?
Oh Jim.....you better start tanning with rigging like that
We used to tack 1/2-inch bolts at work, until they started breaking where the discoloration stopped. It does not seem to be a problem with bigger bolts, probably because they have more material to dissipate any heat we put to them.It was an old bolt so the different color is just wear and rust that I brushed off.

BTW, we use only high tensile bolts, SAE Grade 5, ATSM A-325, or higher grade.
If the bolt made it to torque, it'll probably be OK...
Might just be me but 6" is too tall... I am right at 3-4" or so with 33s and wouldn't go any higher. In fact I'm going to try and keep it right where it is when I go to 37s.dudes i am plotting my first lift of any sort.
spring over rear.
gonna be a piece it together from junk sort of a deal. what lift of springs should i be looking for for the front?4 or 6 inch? the rear of the MJ has some shackles that added ...hmm ... 1 and a 1/2 maybe 2 inches. so that plus whatever spring over will give me.
thanks--
carry on
