Glaser steel, 30th and cimarron
Well I'm down to 6.5" front and back and I'm totally happy with it. All I did was removed a couple leafs from the leaf packs and removed coil spacers up front. Its not too tall or too low... just right. The only thing ill do is add 35's later down the road once I've had my fun with the 33's. :skull1:
My god... Just pulled this 25lb monstrosity off of XJ_99's '91....

Ever see a Bendix-9 ABS system? Used from 87-91. It has the master cylinder with no standard booster, and this electric run hydraulic pump... the pump is over underneath where the coolant overflow is on a Renix 4.0, with a high pressure line that runs over to the master cylinder. From what I read, apparently the line is at (get this) 270psi full of brake fluid until you pump the brakes with the jeep shut off 50 times... On the pic, those 3 unhooked lines at the bottom of the assembly is where the left and right front and rear lines hook up...
Here is another view of the master/ABS death trap...

That thing is beastly!!
sad day. i just wanna see it wheel.:bawl:Well looks like any posts of updates to the XJuggy will be pretty lacking...
No longer in Red...and REALLY can't afford it right meow.
Maybe i'll just continue the thread in the CO Chapter instead...
I think it was originally designed to stop the space shuttle...
Keep us updated on that, I've actually been considering it for my YJ. The stock XJ springs are really soft and it has a good amount of body roll I wouldn't mind losing. Its stable on the rocks but making turns at speed is a bit disconcerting due to the lean.
Ya, truggy was smoother in penrose than mine was on the street. bastardthe anti rock made a world of differance on truggy before I ripped the axles back out.
creaks just mean things are still attached. If it stops creaking you should worry and check your rear view mirror.
