Pep Boys sells an LCD license plate light for about $20. Run it into the taillight and see if you can find power. I mounted a plastic plate holder onto the bottom right of my tailgate and ran the cord into the housing for the old license light.
I work at an alignment shop in loveland. Loveland Bear Alingment. We have a very good rep and can work on custom steering custom wheels anything that has adjustment we can do. I know its a long hual but it would be worth it. We have customers in Denver that come up all the time.
Subarus have one camber bolt on top and one regular bolt on the bottom that has to be put in a certain way with the washers on a certain direction. And if they grind the lobe off they do not know what they are doing.

Thanks Pat, I will keep you in mind. I want to add some more negative camber in the front and pull a little out of the back of the Suby at some point to get it to rotate a bit easier.

I have had work done by Bear Alignment for probably 30 years. Never a problem, always a professional job. They listen and are not out to rip anybody off. While maybe not the cheapest, definately the best. For a lifted rig, the 45 minute trip from Denver is worth the effort.
Consider this, the Bear company has been in business for over a Century. They got thier start building after market electric starters for the Ford Model T. Henry always a penny pincher, was so impressed with the quality that he added startes to the T towards the end of the prodution run.
As usual, you get what you pay for and some things are just not worth skimping on.
And, yes, I have had to hand crank a Model T. At least Winter temps in Redwood City only drops into the low 50s... Still, you do need to raise one rear wheel off of the ground prior to starting the engine so as to not get run over by the thing.

The swing away has been gone for a long time (bearings failed), so I wanted to get rid of the spindle. I also wanted to redo the mounts so it had 2x4 inside the frame rail. I haven't had a problem with the stock mounting holes yet, but wanted to get to it before it becomes a problem.
New Mount: 2"x4" x 1/4" wall with 1/4" angle iron. Welded the nuts inside the 2x4 to replace the nut strip.
Also decided to give myself some more clearance. I cut the main 2x6 down so it tapers to 2" on the ends.
Plans also include gusseting the back side of the hitch.
