What are you doing to your rig - the continuing saga

Well I had a little mishap in the rain last Thursday and kinda spun out... I knew I needed tires... But didn't think they were that bad. I have no pics of the damage before hand. But it's already all taken apart.

Hand over your man card if tires caused you to spin out in an AWD car when it was only raining. I was running bald Pirelli P-Zero's all winter.

Glad you didn't get hurt.

I'm glad I'm okay as well. It was just low enough to miss the front crossmember. I will be gettin new tires put on before it leaves the shop. 2 good things come from this. Brand new siebon carbonfiber hood, painted and stock sti hid headlights. Hey Dave if ya want some hid's ill sell these to ya for cheap.

Well spotting the sisters rig on the road just got easier. Lol. Long arms are gonna be same color and go on this weekend.

Yup, I used to have tars like that too...

miata and wrx were equally uncontrollable in the right amount of rain.

y'all youngins just need to learn to drive sideways
like driving a 440HP 2 wd dually in the snow....you either have it or you don't

oh snap. I'll have something else for you to paint hot pink in the next day or two.:eye:

Put on the TNT trackbar set-up today. Everything came off and went on smoothly, and fit, for once. I'm probably dreaming, but it seems to drive much nicer.

I'm picking up the rear in the am... The front will require more time and effort on my part than I'll have for a week or two. Give me a call if you want me to drop it by on my way home tomorrow pm

operator error ;) -- our subi never slips a tire... it high centers on 4" of snow, but it never slips... Then again, I'm not out doing my best tokyo drift imitation either.

Dude, it's a Subaru. I just have to wait for your head gaskets to blow out.

Actually, apparently as I have to do is wait until its raining and find the ditch you're in. :D
